  • Unauthorized repairs or opening of the device


3. Battery Disclaimer

  • Batteries in refurbished laptops are pre-owned components.

  • Battery backup may vary based on usage and age.

  • Battery replacement is not covered under warranty unless clearly specified at the time of sale.


4. Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty:

  2. Provide invoice or proof of purchase.

  3. Bring or ship the laptop to our service location (as instructed).

  4. Our team will inspect the device to verify the issue.


5. Repair or Replacement

  • If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair the product.

  • Replacement may be offered only if repair is not possible, subject to availability.

  • No refund is guaranteed under warranty unless stated separately in writing.


6. Service Time

7. Data Responsibility

  • Lilyflare Laptops is not responsible for data loss during repair or diagnostics.
