Order Issues & Technical Errors
If you’ve experienced a technical issue such as being charged twice, please notify us immediately. We’ll investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.
24-Hour Refund Window
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. A small processing fee will be deducted to cover payment gateway charges.

Refunds After 24 Hours
After the 24-hour window, refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Product Damage or Leakage (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence)
- Wrong Item Delivered (in case the item received is completely different from what was ordered)
Each refund request will be reviewed individually. We may request additional details such as product images or proof of purchase.
