Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Lilyflare Laptops, we aim to provide quality refurbished laptops and transparent service. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or before final confirmation in case of in-store purchases.

  • Once an order has been dispatched or handed over, cancellation is not allowed.

  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via email or phone.


2. Returns Eligibility

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective at the time of delivery

  • The product received is different from what was ordered

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

Note: As our products are refurbished, minor cosmetic marks, scratches, or signs of prior use are not considered defects.


3. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Physical damage, liquid damage, or burn marks

  • Damage caused by improper use or mishandling

  • Software issues, OS corruption, or virus infection

  • Unauthorized repair or modification

  • Delay in reporting the issue beyond the allowed time


4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

  • Any shipping or handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is approved due to our error.


5. Replacement Policy

  • In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed as per policy.


6. Warranty-Related Issues

  • Issues covered under warranty will be handled as per the Warranty Policy.

  • Warranty does not guarantee a refund unless explicitly stated.


7. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers may be required to securely pack and ship the product back.

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is approved due to our mistake.


8. Policy Changes

  • Lilyflare Laptops reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.

  • Updated policies will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
