Privacy Policy
Effective: 1 October 2026
Who we are
Lilyflare Studios provides content strategy, scripting, recording guidance and video post-production services for founders, creators and personal brands. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit lilyflare.com, contact us, purchase a service or complete onboarding.
Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to contact@lilyflare.com.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may receive:
- Contact and project information you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, business details, content goals and onboarding responses.
- Files, links, footage and other materials you provide so we can perform the services you purchased.
- Transaction information such as the selected service, payment status, amount, currency, Razorpay order/payment identifiers and contact details associated with the payment. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Technical information needed for security and site operation, such as IP address, browser information and server logs.
- Limited first-party funnel diagnostics, such as the page path, campaign tags (for example UTM source/campaign), selected service and checkout stage. Lilyflare's custom funnel ledger does not intentionally store IP addresses, full user agents or raw Meta click IDs.
- If you accept analytics cookies, advertising measurement information such as Meta browser/click identifiers and information about page visits and completed purchases.
How we use information
We use information to provide and administer the services you request, process and reconcile payments, communicate about your project, deliver onboarding and support, protect the site and payment flow, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.
We may use limited first-party funnel diagnostics to understand whether a campaign visit reaches the start page, opens checkout or completes payment. These internal diagnostics are kept separate from optional Meta advertising measurement.
If you choose Accept analytics, we also use Meta measurement tools to understand whether advertising leads to site visits and purchases, measure campaign performance and improve advertising.
Cookies and advertising measurement
Essential cookies and similar storage may be used for functions required to operate the site and checkout. Optional advertising measurement is not loaded until you choose Accept analytics in our cookie control.
When analytics are accepted, the Meta Pixel may place or read identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc. For verified purchases, our server may send Meta a Purchase event through the Conversions API. That event can include the purchase amount and currency, browser/click identifiers where available, IP address and user agent, and hashed versions of the email address and phone number associated with the payment. This is used for advertising measurement and attribution.
If you choose Essential only, Lilyflare does not intentionally load the Meta Pixel or send Meta Purchase events for orders created after that choice. Payment processing and other essential site functions continue to work.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Razorpay may collect and process payment, transaction, contact, device and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy terms. Lilyflare receives the information needed to confirm and administer your purchase, but we do not store full payment-card details on our website.
You can read Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
Service providers and sharing
We may share information with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate Lilyflare and provide the service. These may include payment processing, website hosting, email or file-delivery infrastructure, security services, and, when you have accepted analytics, Meta for advertising measurement.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws use broader definitions of “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising. Where applicable, you can use our cookie controls to decline optional advertising measurement.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including service delivery, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, security and legal obligations. Retention periods can differ depending on the type of record.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can change the optional cookie choice at any time using Cookie settings in the site footer. Depending on where you live, applicable law may also give you rights to request access, correction, deletion or other controls relating to your personal information.
To make a privacy request, email contact@lilyflare.com. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
International processing
Lilyflare and the service providers we use may process information in different countries. Where required, providers use contractual, technical or other safeguards for international data transfers.
Children
Lilyflare's services are intended for business and creator customers and are not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the situation.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when we make material changes.
