Do I need a script before I start?

No. The First Reel includes one complete script built around the content angle we develop for your business.

Do I need footage already?

No. We can shape the idea and script first. You'll then record the footage with our guidance.

How much footage can I send?

The First Reel includes up to 10 minutes of primary footage for one finished Reel of up to 60 seconds.

When will I receive the first draft?

Within 5 to 7 business days after all required footage and materials have been received and approved for editing.

What does one revision round mean?

One revision round means one consolidated set of reasonable changes to the delivered draft. A new concept, new script or major change of direction is outside that revision round.

Do I need to book a call before buying?

No. You can start directly from the website. Once you're a client, we'll work with you directly and arrange a creative call whenever it would genuinely help the project.

What happens after the First Reel?

If you like the process and want consistent content, you can move into our 8-Reel monthly system. There's no obligation to continue.

Am I locked into a long contract?

No. Each monthly production cycle is paid upfront. You don't need to commit to a long-term contract.
